Our coffee shop was founded in 2024 by a group of passionate coffee enthusiasts who wanted to share their love for exceptional coffee with the local community. We started small, sourcing beans from a single farm in Colombia and roasting them in-house to ensure the highest quality. Over the years, our commitment to quality and sustainability has grown, and we now work with a network of trusted farmers around the world to bring you the best possible cup of coffee.
It all started with a simple dream: to create a space where people could come together, enjoy a great cup of coffee, and discover the stories behind the beans. Today, our shop has become a hub for coffee lovers, and we're proud to share our journey with you.

We opened our second location in different city, allowing us to reach a wider audience and share our passion for coffee with more people.
Recognizing the importance of sustainability, we began working directly with coffee farmers to ensure ethical and environmentally-friendly sourcing practices.
Our commitment to quality and community has led us to open locations in third city, allowing coffee lovers around the world to experience our unique blend. Now we are a big family of 6 different branches and 40 staff member.

U1 coffee is probably known for its affordability and excellant macaroons. I particularly like the pistachio flavoured and chocolate ones. This place might get a little crowded but the queue moves fast. I do hope they can mantain their prices and let those who enjoy coffee continue to enjoy them. view original comment

Been there 3 times because of the fixed price for their coffee and special drinks : 54 tl which means 2,14$ cad. It’s amazing to see low prices as everything else seems to be super expensive in the old town. The terrasse is very big and they have pads on which you can order and pay with a credit card, another great thing! Extra bonus : they have non dairy options and macarons! view original comment
